| January 21, 2022 | Departure from U.S. All students must arrive at Cape Town International airport by January 23. |
| January 23 | Arrival in Stellenbosch |
| January 23 | Move into housing |
| January 24 – 30 | Mandatory orientation |
| January 31 | Courses begin |
| April 23 | Courses end |
| April 26 – June 12 | Program end date coincides with date of last final exam |
| April 26 – June 14 | Final examination period |
| June 24 | Move out of housing (refer to housing contract) |
| Open return | Students establish their own date of return |
