The National Senior Certificate (NSC) Examination is a high school qualification examination that is written by Grade 12 students in South Africa. The NSC examination is administered by the Department of Basic Education and is written at the end of the final year of high school.
The NSC examination is designed to assess students’ knowledge and understanding of the subjects they have studied over the course of their high school education. The subjects that students are required to write in the NSC examination include languages, mathematics, science, social sciences, and various electives.
