SASSA has a Toll Free Call Centre that applicants can contact should they need assistance with updating their details.

2. Email SASSA
An alternative way that applicants can change their phone number is by sending an email to SASSA. Applicants can request for their number to be updated on the system by sending an email to Grantenquiries@sassa.gov.za
