What your duties will look like:
The duties for which you will be responsible in terms of this contract are briefly listed below and will be subject to amendment from time to time as required based on discussions with your manager:
- To call all qualified leads provided by the Employer for the purpose of selling insurance products.
- To register all outcomes.
- To check that all your outcomes are correct.
- To meet the agreed targets as set out and communicated by management.
- To comply with the necessary regulations by adhering to the compliance prompts as determined within the Telemarketing Script.
- Professional presentation of the company’s products and services.
- To perform ad-hoc calls for the maintenance and updating of records.
