Take the leap: Once you make the decision to fulfil your culinary ambition, complete the online application form, pay a R1 000 application fee and secure your spot with us by paying a pre-registration fee of R10 000 in the upcoming intake of your choice — either at the beginning of the year or mid-year depending on your preference.
Step 3: Pay Deposit
An initial deposit secures your spot, click below to view our 2022 fee schedule to determine your chosen courses deposit amount and fee structure.
Step 4: Complete & Sign the Registration Contract
The final step: The last is making sure that once the deposit is paid, you (and your parents or guardian where necessary) complete and sign the learner registration enrolment contract.
